An increasing amount of my installation work is undertaken within the natural environment. Walking, writing, documenting and developing installation and intervention make up the backbone of my practice as an artist. I need too map my environment, bringing it into my heart and my work
I have also been involved in other site specific installation through residency and commissions. My inclination has always been towards ‘low’ and recycled media. At first this wasn’t an intention but my artists’ appreciation of the beauty in the degeneration of materials such as metal and wood.
Sculpture and site specific installation are my specialist areas and my passions. I love teaching 3D communications and I make the workshops challenging an fun.
