Read Time:29 Second
Golden morning light
The shock of regimented hedges
The smell of severed limbs
Bared nests
Barred resting place
Stripped larder
Scarred hedgerow soldiers

Lovely light
Parasol
Jackdaw laugh
Pigeons clap
Robin song
Red in green

Quiet steam crossing
Old trodden stones
shackled
Squirrel scold
Great-tits chitter
Startled blackbird
Dark umber earth
Female blackbird
Sparrow

Turnip field
Purpling leaves
Clearing skies
Fresh breeze
Robin scold on meadow edge
Blackbird song

Darking trees against brighting sky
Village noises
Delicate dandelion heads waiting for time
Leaves fall
